This cannot be undone. Your profile will be erased immediately and you will lose all points and packages.

How to delete your account
Option A: in the app (immediate)
- Open 12 Tester Community and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option B: on this web page
- Enter the email address of your account in the form above and send the request.
- If an account exists for this email, we send a confirmation link to it. For your privacy, this page shows the same message whether or not an account exists.
- Open the link within 24 hours and press "Delete my account permanently".
If you cannot access your email, write to [email protected]. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, your personal profile data is erased immediately: email address, display name, profile photo, bio, country, links and password hash. You are signed out on all devices. Your points and any remaining package benefits are forfeited and cannot be restored.
What is retained
- A pseudonymous identifier of your Google account, to prevent deleted accounts from signing in again to farm points or otherwise abuse the Service.
- Device records used for fraud prevention.
- The points ledger and purchase records (Google Play order ID, product and time), in de-identified form, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Timeline
Deletion takes effect immediately. Backups that still contain deleted data roll off within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Cách A: trong ứng dụng (xóa ngay)
- Mở 12 Tester Community và đăng nhập.

Cách B: trên trang web này
- Nhập địa chỉ email của tài khoản vào biểu mẫu phía trên và gửi yêu cầu.
- Nếu có tài khoản với email này, chúng tôi sẽ gửi liên kết xác nhận tới email đó. Để bảo vệ quyền riêng tư, trang này hiển thị cùng một thông báo dù tài khoản có tồn tại hay không.
- Mở liên kết trong vòng 24 giờ và nhấn "Xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản".

Dữ liệu bị xóa
Khi tài khoản bị xóa, dữ liệu hồ sơ cá nhân bị xóa ngay lập tức: địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, giới thiệu, quốc gia, các liên kết và mã băm mật khẩu. Bạn bị đăng xuất trên mọi thiết bị. Điểm và quyền lợi gói còn lại sẽ bị hủy và không thể khôi phục.
Dữ liệu được giữ lại
- Một định danh ẩn danh hóa (bí danh) của tài khoản Google, nhằm ngăn tài khoản đã xóa đăng nhập lại để cày điểm hoặc lạm dụng Dịch vụ.
- Hồ sơ thiết bị dùng để phòng chống gian lận.
- Sổ ghi điểm và hồ sơ giao dịch mua (mã đơn hàng Google Play, sản phẩm và thời điểm) ở dạng đã khử định danh, trong thời hạn pháp luật về thuế và kế toán yêu cầu.
Thời gian
Việc xóa có hiệu lực ngay lập tức. Các bản sao lưu còn chứa dữ liệu đã xóa sẽ tự hết hạn trong vòng 30 ngày. Xóa tài khoản không hủy hay hoàn tiền các giao dịch mua qua Google Play; việc hoàn tiền tuân theo chính sách của Google Play.
